Grid.vbx causes error message

If you're receiving the following message:

Cannot load custom control dll. c:\windows\grid.vbx

1. Go to your c:\windows\system directory in file manager or Explorer
2. Rename the file grid.vbx to grid.old
3. Re-start Windows
4. Re-install Church Music Master
